Rosemary oil from Tunisia has a milder, softer, and more refined aroma.
Psycho-emotional effect of the oil: strongly stimulates the nervous system, awakens the senses. Improves concentration and memory, effectively helps against melancholy, fatigue, and nervous exhaustion. Suitable for use in moments of weakness and low self-confidence, when a strong and healthy ego is lacking, when there are doubts about oneself. Rosemary oil gives courage, strengthens motivation.
Cosmetic effect of the oil: suitable for oily and dry skin care, warms, improves blood circulation, tones the skin. Recommended for use against hair loss.
Therapeutic effect of the oil: helps against migraines accompanied by low blood pressure. Acts as a strong pain reliever, effective in bronchitis. Relieves smooth muscle spasms, improves digestion. Thanks to its antimicrobial properties, it is effective for respiratory system diseases. It also supports metabolism and promotes blood circulation. Strengthens heart function. Helps activate energy, warms, and raises blood pressure. Protects cells from oxidative damage.
Usage:
• In an aroma lamp or diffuser: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to water for a 15 m2 room area.
• For therapeutic effect: in case of stress and to stabilize psycho-emotional state, add 10-15 drops of essential oil to 5 ml of carrier oil, preferably in a bottle with a screw cap and applicator.
• For topical use: place 1-2 drops of oil in the center of the palm and inhale deeply. Can be applied to acupuncture points or used as a fragrance. Essential oil used this way will be effective if its scent is pleasant and acceptable.
• For facial and body treatments, essential oil concentration should be up to 1%.
• For oily hair masks, use 1-3% essential oil concentration.
• For massage (concentration 1-2%) – add 1-2 ml of rosemary oil to 100 ml of carrier oil.
Precautions: Do not use during pregnancy, epilepsy, or high blood pressure. Not recommended for children under 6 years old. Not suitable for use before bedtime.

Every morning before 9:00, I take a shower to wash away the impurities that the body has expelled through the skin overnight. Using this gentle fabric makes it a pleasure and brings a sense of well-being. Afterwards, there is a feeling of lightness and every cell breathes. It's great not to have to use soap. It’s also pleasant for the facial skin. No scrubs or other products are needed. A simple and quickly achievable effect.
As I say, this product is gold, both in the garden and at home! It handles unwanted pests on roses and also cleans furniture, grease, and children's fingerprints on other surfaces very well! And it's friendly to my pets :)
