Yes, the product can be returned in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
For the return to be possible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The return costs are covered by the buyer, unless a damaged or incorrect product has been received.

For a successful return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and kept in its original packaging. We ask you to inform us in writing of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product.

Yes, most surfaces can be effectively cleaned using only water with Greenwalk® microfiber cloths. Thanks to the special fiber structure, dirt, grease, and dust are mechanically lifted from the surface without additional cleaning agents.
How to properly care for microfiber fabrics?
How to properly care for microfiber fabrics?
It is recommended to wash microfiber fabrics without fabric softeners, as they can reduce the fiber's absorbency and cleaning effectiveness. For washing, it is preferable to use a gentle detergent and follow the temperature instructions on the care label (usually up to 40–60 °C).
It is not recommended to dry fabrics at high temperatures or iron them, as heat can damage the microfiber structure. It is also advisable to wash them separately from cotton products to prevent lint from sticking.
