Bay leaf essential oil strengthens the respiratory system, improves digestion, has a calming effect, and can be used as a meditation oil. It is suitable for maintaining concentration, boosts self-confidence, promotes enthusiasm, provides freshness and energy, helps overcome fear, and strengthens a weak nervous system. It warms, stimulates lymph flow, and helps regulate irregular menstruation.
Use in cosmetology: concentration up to 1%. Use in restorative creams, preferably with juniper essential oil, to improve facial lymph flow and reduce swelling, in bath treatments and massage oil blends for muscle and joint relaxation, and in anti-cellulite products. This essential oil is excellent for foot baths.
For use in aroma lamps or diffusers: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to water depending on room size.
For massage: use 2-5 drops with 10 ml of oil or butter. Do not apply to skin undiluted. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy.

Every morning before 9:00, I take a shower to wash away the impurities that the body has expelled through the skin overnight. Using this gentle fabric makes it a pleasure and brings a sense of well-being. Afterwards, there is a feeling of lightness and every cell breathes. It's great not to have to use soap. It’s also pleasant for the facial skin. No scrubs or other products are needed. A simple and quickly achievable effect.
As I say, this product is gold, both in the garden and at home! It handles unwanted pests on roses and also cleans furniture, grease, and children's fingerprints on other surfaces very well! And it's friendly to my pets :)
Very pleasant, unobtrusive scent. It’s a bit unusual that such a small amount of the product is enough, so no foam is formed.
