This pure, fast-dissolving powder form is very easy to use because it can be added to drinks. Powdered products are especially suitable for people who have difficulty swallowing tablets or those who need a large amount of this vitamin.
Usage:
Dissolve 100 mg of powder in 500 ml of water and drink throughout the day. Dissolve the vitamin C powder in an appropriate amount of water, tea, or fruit juice and drink it all day. For practical use, you will also receive a 1 ml measuring spoon (equivalent to about 1 g of vitamin).
The recommended daily dose is 90 milligrams for a healthy adult man and 80 mg for a healthy adult woman. For children under 12 years old, give half the dose. The maximum dose is 2 g per day.
