Description
Fir needle essential oil eases breathing and cold symptoms, improves blood circulation. Strengthens in case of fatigue, enhances the body's defenses, restores physical and mental balance, and promotes concentration. It provides energy, endurance, and boosts self-confidence.
Cosmetic use: Diluted to about 1%, it is suitable for massage and bath oils to relax stiff and painful tendons and muscles. This oil can also be used in oral hygiene products as it has odor-neutralizing properties.
For use in aroma lamps and diffusers: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to water depending on the room size.
For massage: use 2-5 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil or butter.
Do not use during pregnancy or on young children. Do not apply to skin undiluted. Keep out of reach of children.

Every morning before 9:00, I take a shower to wash away the impurities that the body has expelled through the skin overnight. Using this gentle fabric makes it a pleasure and brings a sense of well-being. Afterwards, there is a feeling of lightness and every cell breathes. It's great not to have to use soap. It’s also pleasant for the facial skin. No scrubs or other products are needed. A simple and quickly achievable effect.
As I say, this product is gold, both in the garden and at home! It handles unwanted pests on roses and also cleans furniture, grease, and children's fingerprints on other surfaces very well! And it's friendly to my pets :)
